It's one of my favourite fan fictions haha please keep writing!!

I’ve written a few more chapters, I just haven’t had the chance to put them up. I’ll put one up tonight. :) It’s just been difficult coming up with things because all that was originally planned for this story has to be changed.

Chapter 45

Maddie’s Point Of View

You’re coming home with me tonight, so baby what you waiting for?

It was getting close to the end of tour, which in a way I felt relieved for, but then again I was going to miss such large crowds in front of us.
During our performing of one particular night, I’m not exactly sure what got into me, but it’s one conclusion that seems to be continuously running through my head since. During our final song of the night, one of which was brand new that Jazzy had helped me write only weeks before and was being played in front of an audience for the first time, I guess the lyrics just really spoke to me.
‘Baby you give me the chills
You know how you make me feel, it just kills
Honey I’m head over heels and down in the dark
Please see me secretly screaming what’s deep in the heart
Just your smile is an embrace of those fluttering wings’
When we wrote it, we were discussing what would make a decent love song, and how she felt around Bradie, little did she know my suggestions and questions were actually true emotions of someone else sharing that stage with me.
Speaking my true mind in a secrecy he’d never understand fully or pay attention to, seeing the crowds reactions to it, I was done giving him these little hints and getting glimpse of them back. I walked around the stage, individually singing beside each of my band mates, dancing and jumping around with them as they played their instruments, until the end of the song was coming up. I walked around to Xavier’s drum kit, standing just behind where he was seated and to the side slightly, letting out the last words,
‘Let the world watch as my face find your lips,
I’ll take a chance and steal that first kiss’
He stood to hit his symbols at the final word for a more dramatic finish, and looked at me with an accomplished grin; I did exactly as I wrote I would. I let the world of a crowded venue with all eyes to us watch as I took a leap of faith and pressed my lips to his, the nervous feeling in my stomach escalating as I felt his arms go around my back and him kiss me back.

Not wanting to stay there for more than a few seconds we quickly parted and smiled to the crowd, before rushing off the stage and to backstage. I kept running straight to the bathrooms, unable to conceal my grin as I closed the door behind me and leaned against it, biting onto my bottom lip as I replayed what just happened in my head.
“MADDISON OPEN THIS DOOR RIGHT NOW MISSY!” I heard Kiwi yell from the other side of the door, her fist bashing onto it continuously until I hit the lock and opened it for her.
“Dude, I want info!” she demanded with a smile as she came in and closed the door.
“There’s not much to say..” I mumbled as my cheeks flushed to a burning red.
“Not much to say? You just made out with Zav in front of like a thousand people! I didn’t even know you two were-“
“Oh we’re not! That was uh, well that was a first. I just really like him and.. I don’t know it just happened” I said in a rush.
“So youse aren’t together? Seriously, he’s liked you since like…forever! And he’s made it obvious enough even for you to notice.”
“Well I just gave him a big enough hint for him to get the picture that I like him back..” I said with a giggle.
“If he hasn’t asked you out by tomorrow I’m going to hit him!” Kiwi said with a smile, the two of us finding it now a good time to end the conversation and go back out to help clearing off our instruments from the stage.

By the time the concert was over and we were all heading back to our hotel, Bek brought up the idea to have a little girls’ night in their room. With us being in love with this idea, she and Jazz took a detour on their way to the van by taking a quick walk down the street where they soon found a bottle-o and picked up some Cruisers and Madoris; the type of drinks to emphasise the girly-ness of the night.
Once we were back, all of us showered and dressed in PJs (as opposed to being sweaty and dressed in jeans and tee shirts), Me, Kiwi, Liz, Paris, Teaka, Bek and Jazz were all sprawled out on a blanket in the middle of the lounge room with every pillow and cushion we could possibly find, each of us holding a drink in our hands and laughing away at a random story Teaka was telling us.
“So Jazzy and I were on Tinychat with a friend from Twitter ages ago right, and I can’t really remember how the topic of dogs came up, but she told us that once her cousin was bitten on the face by a dog..”
“And, me being the nice person I am” Jazzy added in, “while Teak is sitting there calmly on webcam saying ‘oh that sounds horrible’, I started laughing saying I wasn’t sure why I found it so funny, and then Teak’s just all of the sudden fucking lost it laughing so much she could barely breathe, and I’m not gonna lie I’m pretty sure we continued talking about it and laughing for another good 2 or 3 hours.”
Okay in writing it doesn’t sound that much of a funny story, but one: we were drinking so we found things a little more funnier than they were, and two: when Jazz tells a story she finds funny, she has a tendency to start laughing about it before she even tells the whole thing, so the story only comes in bits and pieces, broken up by laughter that you just have to join in with.
“Okay so, boy talk time!” Paris said with a cheery smile, as she does.
“Oh my god guys have you seen that Shaun dude that in this like weird band called Short Stack, such a hottie!” Jazzy said in an extremely clichéd preppie-girly girl tone and expression.
“Yeah, and he’s mine” Paris answered with a grin and a wink.
“Pft, stuff you guys and your boyfriends while we’re left stringing for an answer” Kiwi complained.
“Oh please, we know what you and David got up to at the party.”
“And the next morning view gave us an idea of what we didn’t see” Teaka added with a wink, nudging her elbow into Kiwi’s side, her face turning bright red.
“What view” she mumbled in embarrassment.
“Hmm let’s see, you were both drunk, you guys were practically making out all night, and you came down stairs wearing his shirt and in your underwear, not to mention your hair was messier than it is after a show” I answered, casing her face to turn even more red.
“Oh my freaking god Bek that’s like the 100th time you’ve gotten a text, who could you possibly be talking to?” Jazzy randomly exclaimed as Bek received another message, her replying and reading looking a little secretive.
“Just a friend” she answered absentmindedly as she finished typing up her reply.
Abruptly we heard a knock at the door, and everyone felt too lazy to get up to answer it, so I walked over and pulled it open to see Xavier standing on the other side.
“Hey there” he said to me with a smile.
“Hey there yourself.”
“Can we uh, talk out here for a second?”

Chapter 44

Shaun’s Point Of View

We’re keeping the faith yeah, we’re keeping the faith alive

After spending two days in Brisbane performing, we had yet another few days break, and boy was I glad. It wasn’t funny how excited and happy I was to be back touring, and the excitement was definitely showing on stage, so my voice was really taking a toll. I could barely speak when I got home, so the majority of my time I spent keeping quiet and drinking enough water to fill a river.
On Tuesday I spend the day over at Paris’s house, helping her re-paint her room. She was getting a little tired of the custard yellow she had to look at so much, so we were painting them a nice deep blue. It wasn’t very surprising that the painting took us so long; we spent more time covering each other in paint than the walls. Every now and then she’d have a devilish look to her as she glanced to me to continuously, then BAM she’d slap her paintbrush on my arm. Although I got her back good when I covered her cheek in paint; just the look on her face made the paint I got in my hair worth it.
After the blue paint dried up we thought we’d be creative and draw up some little patterns and framing on the biggest wall, then soon I noticed she’d drawn herself in cartoon form sitting in the arms of whom I’d guessed was me, the two of us against a tree with a book in front of us. “Kinda reminds me of the night I showed you a new song” I said as I observed it.
“Well, that’s where the idea came from” she replied with a giggle, adding some last details. Remembering back to that night, I decided that beside where she’d drawn that I’d add to another piece of the memory. I drew a large piece of the tree, the size of it that of the same as her entire drawing, and with a fair few more detail to the bark drew a close up of what she’d engraved on the tree: ‘Paris&Shaun 4Eva’ in a heart. I think the reason she’d done that to the tree that night more so than the fact of us being together, was the point of it being so cliché, kinda like our first date. We went and found some small fine paint brushes once we were happy with our sketching and pulled out some black paint Paris had and painted over the pencil on the wall, the final picture coming out a lot better than I originally expected.
When that was finally done we cleaned off the paint from all over us and decided to go out to Tuggerah for some Sushi. Watching Paris attempt to use her chopsticks was quite amusing when she had no idea what she was doing, and every time I tried to show her how to use them she started laughing and barely paid attention. Eventually she was stabbing her chopstick into the middle of the sushi rolls and eating them like she was using a fork, which I found both cute and childish.
“So how’s your voice going?” she asked with a smile as she took another bite into her seaweed-covered rice and fish.
“It’s there” I said with a crackling voice, slight pain appearing in the back of my throat.
“It’s quite a change being around you and barely hearing your voice.”
“..is that an insult?”
“Possibly a tad” she said with a cheeky grin, to which I dramatically dropped my jaw like I was shocked and horrified at the barely affective comment.
“Naw, you know I’m only joking” she said with a slight giggle and gave me a small peck on the cheek, to which I returned one on her lips.
“Oh my god is that Shaun Diviney?” I heard a girl whisper to her friend a few tables away from where we were sitting.
“Maybe we should sit a bit apart” Paris mumbled quietly and moved away from me slightly, until I stopped her by putting my arm around her waist and pulling her back and even close than before.
“Let them see, the fans were going to find out sooner or later” I whispered, giving her another kiss without a single care for the girls that were most likely seeing our every move and were going to most likely spread word of it.
“My heart and head go out of sync when you sing to me” she whispered after a few silent moments of us eating.
“I think I’d find that a tad more cuter if I didn’t know those were lyrics”
“It’s the thought that counts” she said with a wink.
Before I could say anything back to her, the girl that mentioned my name a few minutes ago and her friend approached us asking if they could quickly grab a photo with me, and handed me napkins to sign. The girl that mentioned my name looked at Paris with a slight evil look, obviously already deciding she didn’t like her, while the other looked to her and smiled. This was one thing that sometimes made me hate being in a band, I could never be with a girl without some fans being jealous and thinking bad of her. I mean it’s okay to feel jealous, everyone feels jealous about something, but that doesn’t mean they need to dislike her and talk bad of her when they don’t even know her. I remember before I got with Paris, I was with a girl for a good year and a half, and our relationship wasn’t exactly secret to the fans, and some of them use to talk about her like she was scum and even say they wanted her to die. It’s just wrong.

Chapter 43

Jazzy’s point of view

Then he looks her in the eyes..

I trailed around the hotel room we were now staying at in Brisbane, bored out of my mind. The weather was boiling in the room compared to outside, and hearing Kiwi’s complaints about it was killing us all. The majority of our tour group were out shopping and what-not, leaving our hotel room filled with only Kiwi, Paris, Bradie, Teaka and me. All of us were doing nothing but complaining, so Kiwi suggested a trip down to the pool was needed, which of course there were no objections to.
Surprisingly when we got down there, the number of people already there was extremely small. No one was in the water, a few people were leaving just as we entered the gates, and the only others left were two women sitting on two of the many sun beds. We all piled our towels down and one-by-one everyone started diving into the pool. I stood over the side for a moment; looking down at how deep the pool went, when abruptly I fell to the water with a splash as Kiwi’s hands appeared to my back with a hard force, her laughter filling the air as I surfaced. “You’re so dead!” I threatened, climbing up and chasing her around the pool as she ran away. The moment I was near her as she stepped toward the edge of the pool I mimicked her earlier actions and pushed her toward the water; but she seemed smarted than me in this situation as she quickly grabbed my arm and dragged me to the water with her. Bradie, Paris and Teaka were watching us with amused expressions, as if we were little children, which by our behaviour seemed accurate. I childishly splashed water in Kiwi’s face after a while of the two of us just treading water watching everyone else, before swimming over to the stairs and getting out. I wrapped my towel around my drenched body and sat on one of the sun beds, enduring as much vitamin D as possible in complete relaxation, nothing but the darkness of my eyelids and the laughter of my friends around me.
The sound of water pouring onto the concrete and footsteps told me someone had gotten out, and by the sounds of it joined me in the sun on the next seat. I couldn’t be bothered opening my eyes at the time to see who it was; I was actually on the verge of falling asleep, until I heard that voice.
“Are we okay, Jazzy?” Bradie asked so suddenly.
“I don’t know, are we?” I replied with a little more attitude in my tone than intended.
“Guess I had that coming,” he mumbled, referring to the way I retaliated in such a mean manner, “Okay, I may have over reacted a bit, but-“
“It’s fine, don’t worry. I mean yeah, you did over react and didn’t really let me explain my side, but to be honest if I saw you do that I’d get upset too. Now I know you’re uncomfortable with me doing that sort of thing with my friends, so I won’t” I smiled at him, finally opening my eyes and keeping them on him as my vision adjusted from the sun. He said nothing more, but only closed the space of thin air between us in a quick pace, gently joining his lips to mine; his actions speaking louder than words that answered his own question.
“Get a room!” Teaka called out, causing us to separate as we both lightly laughed at the sudden statement.
“Make us!” I challenged, poking my tongue out at her.
Bradie’s arms wrapped around my waist as he pulled me from the sun bed I was on to his, the two of us sitting closely side-by-side, looking over at the pool as I rested my head on his shoulder.
“Ugh, I think I’m gonna throw up over their cuteness” Kiwi said with a mocking disgusted look on her face, making me giggle.
“Oh please, go make out with David” I teased. Her face quickly shaded to a deep red as she mumbled, “I don’t know what you’re talking about”, making even Paris pull a look that could only be translated to ‘Are you serious’ whilst saying “Sure, sure”, riding out the ‘ure’ for a disbelieving effect, to which Kiwi splashed water in her face.
Bradie’s phone that was sitting beside him on his shirt went off with a text from Shaun, saying that they were back with food and wondering where we were.
“Did you say Shaun?” Paris questioned, snapping her head to our direction as she over-heard Bradie quietly read out the text.
“Did you say food?!” Kiwi demanded straight after Paris’s question. With some eye rolls and a few short laughs we all made our way back up to our room, the smell of freshly cooked food lingering through the door before we even opened it. Whilst we were gone it seemed Andy and Shaun got their Masterchef on and cooked up a barbecue of sausages and some type of steaks; seeing as I don’t eat meat I didn’t really pay attention to exactly what kind, along with sides of salads. Everyone rushed to the steaming plates of food as their empty stomachs craved, filling their own plates with all they could. With a limited choice I covered my plate with the fresh salad and a bread roll, joining everyone at the table and contributing to the usual conversations.
We talked over tomorrow and Saturday for the performances at The Tivoli and went through things us girls could get up to while everyone else was performing; which by recent events was quite obvious we were coming up with ridiculous things.
Bek seemed to be sitting by Maddie and Liz a little quieter than usual, mostly staring at her food she was barely touching. She glanced up and noticed me looking at her, a wondering expression to her. I moved my mouth to shape out “are you okay?” without actually speaking, to which she half smiled and nodded; little liar. Obviously I wasn’t going to make her talk to me about whatever was on her mind when we were with everyone at the table, so for the moment I let it slide.

After lunch we all felt like going back down to the pool because we had nothing better to do, with additional numbers compared to last time. Instead of jumping straight into the pool, I sat over on the sun bed I’d claimed a few hours before, and watched over the view as the sun started to slowly set and fill the sky with a vibrant orange. Bek sat on the seat to my right while Paris and Shaun dumped their towels on the one to my left before running off into the pool.
“What’s up with you?”

I would carry on reading this if the font wasn't the same colour as the back ground.

I’m not going to lie, everytime I’ve gone to change that my laptop has been a little whore about it.
But it’s fixed now :) xo

Does anyone still read this and want more?

I actually have been writing a fair bit, just haven’t been posting.. :/

i love this story so much, please dont stop writing it!!!

There’ll be more soon :) School’s been a little crazy!

So no one seems to read this any more..

But for the sake of it, I’m gonna write some more and completely fuck up everything that was originally planned for this story.

Chapter 42 Xavier's POV

And I don’t believe in you so…

The few days we had left on the coast passed by quicker than I would have liked; as much as I loved being on this big tour with all my friends, I missed spending time with my family.
As we arrived in Perth at early hours, the majority of us set out to get some breakfast, whilst everyone else began to head down to the venue to meet the fans that had already been lining up for hours, and to start setting up everyone’s instruments. Since none of us could decide what we wanted for breakfast, Paris dragged Maddie, Teaka and me to a McDonalds we came across. Not wanting to have such fatty-food as a supplement of my daily energy I decided to go with Mccafé whilst they all collected hot cakes and hash-browns for everyone with empty stomachs back at the venue.
When we got back and threw the large bags of food to everyone we (As in Teaka, Maddie, Kiwi and I) all went out to the front to meet the kids there, smiling for photos and signing whatever was thrown in front of us. This was so amazing; we were still just a bunch of kids finishing off our final school year, still cramming up in a small room in our friend’s house to practice our instruments we were basically still fully learning, our few songs not even up on the internet yet, and here we were, people excited just to talk to us. The fact that they were excited to see us just because we were touring with Short Stack didn’t bother me one bit, because it meant that they would become interested in us, and hopefully become fans like so many others had.
After a little while we had to head back inside, and prepare to hang around for a few hours with little to do. One advantage of travelling with such a large touring group, was that you could avoid having to help out so much, because there were plenty of people to already do it; oh how lazy I can be.

“What are we going to do about a keyboardist? I mean, we’re lucky enough Sinj is helping us out for this tour, but after that we’re kinda screwed…” I said when the conversation between our band had died down.
“He’s got a point” Teaka said to no one in particular.
“I guess we could audition some people or something?” Maddie suggested.
“What if we talk to people in our music classes?” Kiwi added.
“More than half the class play keyboard and piano” Teaka said.
“I hate replacing band members… No offence Em” I said, thinking back before when our original guitarist Jake told us he had to leave us. Kiwi half smiled and shrugged her shoulders, taking to offence to my comment. It’s not that I wish he was back and she wasn’t in our band, I loved having her along with us, I just didn’t like the feeling of replacing. But, when it happens, we do what we have to; we manage.

The screams of hundreds in front of me made me forget everything on my mind, made me feel free, drove me to hit my drums so hard my sticks could break, fulfilled me. As I hit my drums my mind cleared of the issues between my friends, cleared the feeling of being responsible for the loss of a member; there was nothing in my mind but the images of the smiling faces in front of us.

Meeting even more of the kids after the show was even better. A couple of kids came up to me holding drum sticks I’d thrown in the crowd wanting me to sign them, which I found a little difficult but happily agreed to anyway. To them we seemed like this was a regular thing and we were completely use to it, but the moment we were out of their sight and in our van, we lost it with excitement; I’d never get use to how great it felt. Everyone always wants to be famous when they’re growing up, and there was no way we would consider ourselves famous at all, but people actually wanting our signatures and getting excited about us sure gave us a starting feeling that was just unreal.

So, I think you should post a new chapter, cause its my birthday on Monday. I still found it kind of shocking that these girls knew Shaun, Andy and Bradie; some closer than others.
Bek seemed to have dropped her knife ‘by accident’ and awkwardly took it out to the kitchen, where Jasmine followed. Maddie turned the music back up and people started moving around to their original positions before, beside a few people moving over to get some cake. Teaka walked over to the couch that I was sitting on beside Kayla and Jasmine’s neighbour David, handing us all a plate each with a slice of cake and some small plastic spoons. I wasn’t really in the mood to eat, so I dipped my finger into the cream in the middle of my piece and dabbed it onto Kayla’s nose, watching her face change from absent-mind to shock as she spoke, “Are you fucking serious Dan!” she exclaimed with slight humour in her tone, mimicking my action and childishly placing cream on my cheek. Kiwi stood in front of us and looked at us with an expression that could only say ‘really?’, before in an instant putting her hands under both of our plates and ramming them into our faces. She looked at us with a smug look as we each death-stared her with our chocolate-icing-covered faces. As soon as we both stood she rushed into our places on the couch, right next to David with a smile to her face. I followed Kayla to the kitchen so we could clean ourselves off, but she stopped and moved from view when she saw Jasmine and Bek talking.
“Isn’t it considered rude to eavesdrop?” I said in a low voice.
“Shh,” she hushed me with a grin. I didn’t really like listening in on peoples conversations but listened anyway.
“Hey are you and Bradie okay? I mean youse haven’t been near each other all night” Bek’s voice said, the sound of water running near her, obviously cleaning the knife she’d dropped.
“I don’t even know. I mean we haven’t really spoken much since we had that fight.” Jasmine responded.
“Why?”
“I don’t know. It’s just been awkward…”
“Awkward? Woman, awkward is what I just had to do. Go talk to him!”
“Ehhhhhh” Kayla and I both laughed lightly at the sound of Jasmine’s childish response, before realizing Bradie was standing near us and giving us a funny look.
“No, this is what you call awkward…” Kayla whispered and pulled me to the kitchen, watching Jasmine and Bek stop talking as soon as they saw us.
“What the hell happened to you two?” Bek asked.
“Emma, is what happened” Kayla said, using her actual name and a change in tone to emphasis a point of annoyance. She ran a tea towel under the rushing cold water at the tap until it was soaking wet, ringing out the excess water once she turned the tap back off. She ran the cloth over her face, wiping off all the smothered mess and complaining that she would have to fix her makeup, before she finally handed me the cloth and I ran it over my face. I looked at her as she attempted using her phone as a mirror and re-lined her eyes with a shark-skin coloured liner, noticing her glance at me and laugh slightly; which incidentally caused her to mess up what she was doing. She picked up the cloth from my hand and cleaned up places on my face I assumed I’d missed, so in return I wiped away the excess liner she’d put under her eye.
“Now that’s pretty freaking cute” We heard Jasmine say from across the room, seeing her and Bek just standing there looking at us with grins.
“Oh hi, Andy!” Kayla said with a smart-aleck tone, looking directly behind the two where he stood.
“Hi…” he said with a confused look to him. Bek turned around awkwardly and smiled at him as her cheeks flushed bright red, not before looking back toward Kayla with a death-stare. She and Jasmine walked out of the room with Andy over to where Shaun and Paris were dancing around, joining in with them. Kayla and I emerged from the room, walking over to a small group of our friends and joining in on their conversations. My sister Annie was over talking to Xavier and Bradie, a grin to her face.
As the time passed we all danced around and had fun, letting the night be filled with laughs and joy.

As the morning sun rose I glanced around, seeing a half empty house with a massive mess and people passed out wherever they pleased. The noise of quiet chatter came from the stairs and in the kitchen, few of them familiar.
I buried my head into the pillow roughly placed on the mattress I’d claimed, feeling the presence of someone beside me. I rolled to my side to see Kayla softly snoring, barely even on the mattress as if she dropped and fell asleep before her head even hit the pillow. Slipping off the mattress carefully in avoidance of waking her, I looked around for Annie, quietly creeping around limp, sleeping bodies.
I searched almost everywhere without success, until I walked into the kitchen to see her sitting on the bench happily chatting to Kiwi and Teaka, Liz standing over by the kettle making coffee with a look to her that could only say she wasn’t enjoying her morning.
“Hey sleepy-head!” Annie cooed with a grin.
“Morning” I said through a yawn, rubbing my eyes.
“Shhh” Was all we heard from Liz as she sipped at her drink.
“See, this is why not drinking is the smart choice” I said as I pointed to Liz, winking at Annie. Bek soon walked into the room in a similar state as Liz, grabbing out the biggest cup she could find and filling it with water, downing its contents in less than a minute.
“Morning sunshine” I teased.
“Shh!” Liz hushed me again, to which Bek nodded in agreement. I laughed lightly under my breath and dug my hand into my pocket, grabbing out the keys to my car.
“Well, we better get home” I said to Annie, moving the keys around in my hand.
“Yep” she agreed, jumping off the bench. We said goodbye to everyone in the room and made our way out to my car, heading back home. The moment she stepped into the house she ran off to call up a friend, like she always did, while I on the other hand remembered I had a photography assignment to finish. God, I hated spending the holidays doing assignments; it just ruined the concept.
As I read over the sheet to double check what I’d already done, I realized I still had another 5 shots I needed to take and add to the piece. Annie had already been in all of my other photos for me, and I didn’t want to make her stand around for ages posing for me to get the right shots again, so instead I flicked through the contacts on my phone, stopping on the one name I figured wouldn’t mind giving me a hand.
I hit ‘call’ and waited for an answer, hearing a sweet cheery voice after the third dial;
“Hey there Dan, what’s doing?” Kayla chirped.
“Oh not much, just trying to finish my photography assignment” I replied, making conversation instead of being blunt to ask of a favour, “And yourself?” I added.
“Same same, I still need to find a model for my pictures!” She exclaimed with a laugh.
“So do I. That’s actually what I was calling about…”
“If I’m modelling for your photos, than you’re modelling for mine…”
“Deal.”
“Okay then, see you soon.” She said in her cheery voice, before hanging up.

Jazzy and Paris ;)

Jazzy and Paris ;)

Does anyone even read this now?

Although Bek is no longer writing, I was going to try to continue it on my own, but if only one person reads it I guess that’s almost pointless..

Chapter 40 Liz's POV

So now I’m on a plane, a million miles away

A yawn escaped me as I walked into the airport with Jumpnow by my side. When I finally spotted our friends I chuckled at the image of them; everyone looked so tired and worn-out, all of them sprawled out on their seats with bags at their sides. Although, I couldn’t blame them all for being tired after the Sydney show, not to mention the extra partying we girls did after when we went out to celebrate early with a girl’s night out for Bek’s birthday that was coming up soon.Just behind Paris, Bek and Jasmine who were all looking as though they were about to fall asleep, spread out on their seats, I noticed Maddie asleep on Xavier’s shoulder, with Kiwi and Teaka beside them with a phone in front of them and a pair of ear phones shared between them.We walked over and joined the group, preparing for a while wait before we’d be boarding our flight. Soon enough, Shaun, Andy and Bradie showed up, along with the other band joining us all on tour; Heroes For Hire, and the last few roadies. The majority of us were all arriving at different times because of what we were all up to last night. Like, us girls going out for drinks while Forever Yours hungaround meeting fans a little longer after Bradie, Andy and Shaun had already headed back to the hotel with Lewis and Sinj, and obviously had a bit of a sleep-in this morning.

Once we were on the flight and heading toward Melbourne the majority of our little group caught up on their lost sleep, while I on the other hand enjoyed a movie through-out the flight. Once we’d headed to the venue, some of the boys went around the front to quickly meet some of the kids that had already been lining up. I helped out Xavier with setting up his drums while Lewis started tuningup guitars and Sinj placed his keyboard on the side of the stage.
“Okay, so are you sure you know all the keys now? You seemed a little lost last night” Maddie asked Sinj as I stepped into the green room.
“Yeah, I’ll quickly run through them again now.” he said before leaving the room.
“Okay, why exactly isn’t Sam here? I mean I thought she couldn’t make it last night, but now I’m just confused.” I said as my confusion only grew.
“She’s no longer in Forever Yours” she said, so simply.
“Since when? And for what?” I demanded.
“It’s a long story; look, can we talk about it later?” She walked out to the stage to help out Bek and Paris tape down cords so no one would trip over them while on stage.

Walking around the place quite bored with nothing to do whilst everyone else was busy, I pulled out my phone and texted my mum to make sure mine and Shaun’s costumes had arrived for a little party we all decided to throw for when we were heading back to the coast for a couple of days before the next show. Since Bek and Andy’s birthdays were only a few days apart we decided to throw them a joint birthday party; considering half of us tried to find any excuse to party. And because we were stumped on a theme, Jasmine came up with the idea to put our old masks we’d gotten for that meet and greet ages ago to use,by having a fancy-dress-mask party. Once mum replied back confirming they had came and looked ‘prettyawesome’ I suddenly felt more excited for this event, knowing how great they looked just on a picture. When the bands one by one began to perform I decided I’d join Jasmine and Bek in a little challenge. The three of us walked the long way out the back of the venue and around to the front, flashing our AA passes to the jumpers at the front entrance and made our way back inside.
“Okay, who ever makes it to the front first gets.. Something” Jasmine said over the music, ending with a laugh caused by her clueles sresult.”Just say what song was playing when you got there, yeah?” Bek asked,to which Jasmine nodded, her eyes keeping at the mosh pit. I get that they were pretty good with their mosh pits and all considering all the shows they watch mostly getting in there, but this sure seemed like one crazy and improbable task. Just as Short Stack made their way onstage, setting the challenge (making it most difficult because everyone in the crowd would be trying to get as close as possible) the three of us all ran to different spots and one by one attempted getting through the tight, squishing crowd.Somehow I’d made it to the second row after only a few songs, but getting beyond that seemed impossible. As Werewolves started to play I noticed someone at the barricade getting pulled out by a security guard. Staying close to her I somehow squeezed in between the two that were about to close off the gap she’d made. By the end of the show when we were all backstage, Jasmine and Bek admitted they didn’t even make it to the front, only just behind it,so I was proclaimed the winner of our pointless entertainment.
When we had everything packed and ready to leave we headed back to our hotel for the night, knowing we were going to head back to the coast for the next few days, making the best of the 6 day gap before the next show, so Bek and Andy could see their families on their birthdays(and our party) before we had to head to Perth; yet still staying upuntil late times of the night getting up to any type of mischief.
The best part of my night was the fact that Shaun and I didn’t get one minute of sleep; we’d just stayed up talking until the sun rose, watching each of our friends one by one give in and go to bed.

When we’d gotten back to the coast at late hours we all set off to our homes to get our things sorted get some rest, knowing we had a party to throw the next day. Even though I was dying to go home and checkout my outfit, I spent the night at Shaun’s because he was struggling to keep his eyes open to even attempt and continue driving any further after being awake for well over 30 hours, but in a way I was glad;glad to be able to stay in his arms for so much longer even through sleep. As soon as I got home, I walked through the empty house with Shaun at my side and went straight to my room to check out the costumes. My dress looked great, matching my old mask almost perfectly; the majority of it black in all different layers and materials, and the bust covered in red beads, along with matching long gloves that were black with a red lace around the wrists, the ends joining up at the middle finger. Shaun looked at his suit jacket and red sparkling shirt to match with my costume and gave me a humoured look,
“You’ll look adorable” I teased, holding the shirt up in front of him.
“At least I can still wear my skinny jeans” he mumbled. I laughed and told him to go change into them so we could head over to Jasmine’s and help finish up with setting everything up. While he was out of the room I quickly threw the dress on and added some patterned black stockings, along with some red heels to finish off the look. With my hair pinned back out of my face and looking nice a straight, I grabbed my mask and the black one I’d gotten for Shaun, and dragged him out to the car.Once we reached Jasmines house we jumped out of the car and headedinside, seeing the place was looking great. Jasmine and Paris were over on a ladder pinning up what looked to be the last of the black sheets thickly hanging down the walls, along with a few sheets of silver material and fairy lights all around them. Around the light in the middle of the ceiling they’d placed up a black square that had been crisscrossed with a white one and had strings of coloured streamers around them.
“The place is looking amazing!” I beamed as I walked over to the two.
“I’ve always wanted to try out this type of party” Jasmine said with asmile as she looked around at the room.
“Well you’re definitely doing a good job on setting it up! Is there anything we can help out with?”
“Uhh you could set out the food and stuff on the tables over there in and in the kitchen” She offered, gesturing toward the tables as she spoke.
“Yeah sure” I grinned and walked out to where everything they’d picked up for everyone was scattered.Within a little over an hour we had everything set up with music playing through the room as everyone started arriving, their costumes all looking fancy and great.

“Happy birthday to you,” Maddie and Kiwi sung as we dimmed the lights and the two of them walked out with candle-lit cakes, both walking toward Bek and Andy in the middle of the room,
“Happy birthday to you,” The rest of the room joined in,
“Happy birthday Bekkie and Andy; happy birthday to you!” The two stoodwith smiles as we all sung, everyone applauding them as they blew out the tiny fires of light. Xavier walked in holding two large knives, pointing them toward the ground as if he was ready to stab someone.“Would you two like to do the honour of the first slice?” He asked in the fanciest voice he could manage; bloody spastic. They each took aknife from his hand and pressed them into their cakes that the girlswere still holding,
“Don’t forget the rules if the knife comes out messy” Jasmine called out, winking toward Bek. As she pulled the knife away it came clean as new, to which she let out a sigh of relief. But then Andy’s knife happened to come out covered in cream and cake, to which some of ushad our little laughs.
“Ah-ha-ha now you have to kiss the closest girl” Jasmine teased, to which Kiwi instantly stepped back, stretching her arms so the cake was still in front of him. He looked around to see Bek was just beside him, and with a grin did as he was demanded, pulling her toward him and pressing his lips to hers.

Next chapter will be up tonight, for anyone who cares.

:(

Sorry to inform the little readers we still have, but Bek is no longer writing this, and I can’t really continue it without her.
